NeoQI Workbench is a quality-improvement (QI) planning and measurement workspace for neonatal teams. It supports QI work — defining aims, selecting measures, running Plan–Do–Study–Act (PDSA) cycles and tracking progress — and does not give diagnosis, treatment or emergency instructions; follow local policy and professional guidance. Methods are informed by Point-of-Care Quality Improvement (POCQI, WHO South-East Asia Region), the World Health Organization (WHO) Quality of Care standards (2016) and measurement guidance (2020/2025), Vermont Oxford Network / eNICQ indicator definitions, the NNAP QI Strategy, and the LINC Essential Newborn Care toolkit.
